Piercefield House, Piercefield Park Piercefield House, often referred to by local residents as the ‘Old Mansion’ is unfortunately a historic ruin, although it is still very endearing and Sir John Soane's fogotten Grade II listed country house. Set within the 129 acres Piercefield Park of Chepstow, Monmouthshire, it’s a beautiful place to visit. Many locals enjoy regular walks around the grounds on the public footpaths.
